Installation & activation guide
Before installing, check that your device supports eSIM and is unlocked for other networks. Connect to Wi-Fi and have your QR code or installation details ready. Check the data package terms to see whether validity starts at purchase, installation or the first network connection.
- Open Settings › Cellular / Mobile Data › Add eSIM › Use QR Code.
- Scan the code from another screen and follow the prompts. If you received a supported installation link, open it on the device.
- Label the line SIMLIVO. At your destination, select it for mobile data and enable data roaming on this line as instructed.
Landed but not connected?
Check that the line is enabled and selected for data, your destination is covered and the data package is valid. Try toggling airplane mode. If an APN is required, use only the value supplied with your data package. Do not delete the eSIM as your first troubleshooting step—reinstallation depends on provider terms.
To reduce roaming charges on your regular line, turn off its data roaming and automatic data switching. Calls and SMS on that line may still incur carrier charges.

Are calls and texts included?+
Our data packages provide mobile data only, without a number for regular calls or SMS. You can use communication apps over the internet.
What is a daily data package?+
Daily data packages have different conditions: speeds may fall after the daily quota is used, data may stop, or the data package may offer unlimited data. Check the conditions of your chosen data package.
Can I add more data?+
Contact support to check top-up availability. It depends on your data package and provider; not all data packages support top-ups, and self-service top-up purchasing is currently unavailable.
How do I check my remaining data?+
Open your personal order link in My eSIM to check data usage and validity. Information is available for a data package that has been issued and linked to the order. Updates may be delayed by two to three hours.
What is an eSIM?+
A digital SIM installed on a compatible device, without swapping a physical card. You can use it for data while keeping your regular SIM in the device.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?+
You can keep using WhatsApp with your existing number without registering again. Calls and texts on your regular line remain subject to your carrier’s rates.
When does my data package start?+
Each data package has its own activation policy: some start on installation, others when connecting to a supported network. The exact terms will be shown before purchase.
Does a regional data package cover every country in the region?+
Not necessarily. Each data package has its own list of countries and networks. Check that every stop on your trip is covered before purchasing.
